Power of Pink

Tonight's sunset was really tops. Pink filled the sky, basking the city in its hue.  The funny thing about pink is that it sits just as well beside chocolate brown as it does white.  If I could only have one color, that be it.

For the love of Pink

For a pink lover, this is a great time of year.  Pink shows up all over (all thanks to Valentine's Day) and brings me joy with every spotting.  As an unabashed pink fan, I think the perfect pink is the one in a Camilla like this.....

But rarely meet a pink that I can't appreciate. 

House Beautiful's February issue won me over with my favorite hue taking center stage. Here's a modern take on pink. Doesn't it pair with brown mid century furniture unexpectedly well? 

This room (which they ran as the cover) just makes me smile.  I love the zig zag gold chair and velvet rose chair mixed with cotton candy pink walls.  Just perfect. 

And not to be left undone, I love this sassy outfit that just dreams "welcome to the party".  Where did this gal get her tights?
